In HEOS v3.0, we redesigned the app to make everyday listening easier. We matched each service’s brand color and style so browsing inside HEOS feels as familiar as using the original apps.

BigArm is a curbside pickup app I designed pre-COVID, inspired by the struggle of looping around for parking while my coffee was getting cold in the store.
Unlike typical pickup apps, BigArm doesn't limit you to certain stores or products. It just works like a big arm, grabbing your order to where you are—safe, friendly, and truly convenient from cart to curb.

As a coffee lover and daily user of the La Marzocco app, I often felt it didn’t match the premium machines it was built for. The brand personality was missing, the visuals felt plain, and even simple controls weren’t easy to reach.
