A curbside pickup app that works across any type of store and supports multiple arrival methods.
Inspired by the hassle of wasting my precious morning time looping around for parking while my coffee’s getting cold inside the store, I wanted to design a service that brings any kind of product straight to the curb for quick pickup. Whether I’m walking my dog, running a quick errand, or parents with a stroller, BigArm helps people pick up their orders without the stress of going inside.

Your order is sitting in the store just a mile away waiting for you to pick it up. Limited parking, being with your dog, or a busy day all make it harder than it should be. Sometimes you just wish a big arm 💪🏼 could reach out and hand you the order.

Wide range of categories
From groceries to pet supplies, daily essentials, coffee, or fresh produce, BigArm works with a great variety of stores so you can pick up anything you need in one place.

Weekly recipes for inspiration
BigArm shares weekly recipes so users can get ideas easily. Each recipe comes with the option to add all ingredients to cart with one tap, which helps lower the decision fatigue before shopping starts.

Flexible arrival options
BigArm is friendly to every kind of arrival. You can park nearby, walk over with your puppy, or come with a stroller, and still pick up your order without entering the store.

Live order status
When you have an active order, a handy little view pops up so you can check everything fast and tap once to notify BigArm you’re here.

BigArm started from a simple frustration, but it pushed me to explore how curbside interactions can feel calm, predictable, and friendly. This project helped me refine how I make decisions around hierarchy, micro-flows, and edge-cases, while staying intentional with the overall visual rhythm. It’s a concept I plan to continue shaping as my craft grows.
